At this time, the form will only accept Visa or MasterCard. We also accept payment by e-transfer to: adc@designers.ca.
IMPORTANT: Your membership dues are subject to provincial GST/HST. You will see a drop down menu beside the relevant entries. When you choose your Province of Residence, the system will automatically apply the correct GST/HST for your location.
Annual Payment: Your membership will be confirmed for the entire year.
Quarterly Installments: Note that you will have to return to make quarterly payments manually at the beginning of each quarter.

Annual payments have an effective discount of about 25%, intended to reflect the increased organizational burden of administering quarterly filers, and to incentivize annual payments.
