Mentorship Program
The ADC’s national paid Mentorship Program is a unique mentoring experience created for designers by designers. The application process is completed by the mentee. The mentee will have approached and confirmed a mentor, and identified at least one of the mentor’s projects on which they would work from the initial design discussions until opening night. The mentee and mentor will determine the nature of the working relationship based on each mentee’s needs and desired learning outcomes.
